Hi, I'm Yvonne aka mom, aka granny. I am sure many of you can relate to losing your given name to become known as mom or Sue's mom or grandma. I have 6 children, all of whom are grown. I also have many grandchildren. I have enjoyed the journey of 47 years being a wife, mom, and granny. 

During those 47 years, I have grown in so many ways. I learned to love football, dance, volleyball, traveling, camping, fishing and now hunting. Learning new things is one of my biggest passions. Learning new recipes, skills to make my home run more efficiently, and trying new endeavors excites me.  That being said, I have had some amazing mentors along the way.  None of us conquers life challenges alone. That is what this blog is all about. A place where women can come find information and help from other women.
